Our Facility
In late 2005, The Cheeseman Corporation made a bold decision to move all operations to a state-of-the-art warehouse
facility. The driving force, like with all businesses is better customer service. To show the magnitude of the move the
following numbers will show the difference between what was then and what is now.
The Woodinville warehouse supported a useable storage of roughly 15,000 square feet; this included a 980 square foot
cooler and a 1000 square foot freezer.
Our new Everett facility boasts usable square footage of 48,000. This includes a 4000 square foot freezer, and a
cooler of 4000 square feet.
The need to accomodate a larger product line, extended item location, and a facility that is laid out appropriately
helps us, The Cheeseman Corporation, better serve existing customers and those of the future.
Internally, The Cheeseman Corporation goes through rigorous yearly inspections. The United States Department of
Agriculture (USDA), Washington State Health Department, and Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) all
spot inspect the facility in order to insure our compliance to strict regulations, eliminating any and all concerns
that you as a customer may have.
We also look to a 3rd party to conduct annual inspections; these inspections are conducted through America Institute
of Bakery (AIB). AIB inspectors lead the field when it comes to attention to detail. They inspect everything from
product handling to all warehouse documentation corresponding with food handling through health practices. AIB also
monitors and inspects practices and concerns of the administrated side of the customer service.
The Cheeseman Corporation has rated SUPERIOR over the last three consecutive years. We have never scored below
an EXCELLENT rating through AIB. Through the State Agencies never have we scored less than 99%.
All of the above demonstrates our commitment to quality and service to you as our valued customer and the lengths
that we will strive to provide superior product and superior service.
